At GOI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
